The family dining room, once a place for shared meals and conversations, transformed into the first workshop of Ralf's visionary dream. It was here, amidst the familiar comforts of home, that the seeds of a family-run operation were planted.

Ralf Fisch, a true creative and gifted artist, poured his heart and soul into each piece he crafted. His boundless imagination and artistic flair quickly garnered a reputation that saw the business flourish. While Ralf kept his head in the clouds, dreaming up the next extraordinary custom piece, his wonderful wife Francine had her head in the books. She took on the administration tasks, managing the business's day-to-day operations and ensuring the lights stayed on.

Nestled in the heart of The basin, a place where the family has deep roots, they found a natural home. With the mountain air in their lungs and the melodic calls of lyre birds around them, Ralf and his talented team draw inspiration from their surroundings every day.

The children grew up spending time in the workshop, with longtime customers helping them with their homework; it's no wonder that Ralfs son Mitch discovered his own talent for jewellery making early. Today, Mitch stands proudly by his fathers side, contributing his own unique flair to the family legacy. Mitch is a generational talent in the workshop. The very first ring he created has stood the test of time, still adorning the hand of his beautiful wife. He lives his craft, imbuing it into every aspect of his life and that commitment shows in every piece of jewellery he dedicates himself to.

NOWADAYS THE WORKSHOP RUNS SMOOTHLY WITH RALF TAKING LEAD IN THE DESIGNS AND MITCHELL AT THE HEAD OF THE JEWELLER'S BENCH. FRANCINE IS STILL BUSY WITH THE BOOKS, ADMINISTRATION AND HAS ALSO DEVELOPED A GREAT TALENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHING THE WORKSHOP’S CREATIONS, ENSURING EACH CUSTOMER GETS A HIGH QUALITY IMAGE OF THEIR UNIQUE PURCHASE.
