This is a review 15 years in the making.... We came to Ralf looking for our engagement rings after visiting places in the city etc. BEST DECISION EVER... Ralf is the definition of artist. He understood exactly what we were after and then set about drawing said rings in the shop in front of us and then set about creating his masterpieces. 15 years later, we returned seeking some modification on his original works (given my wife's fingers had shrunk) and an extra ring (an eternity ring) to complete the set. Again he was able unpack what was in my wife's head and create another masterpiece. We will not go anywhere else when looking for bling for my wife's fingers. Brilliant craftsman to say the least and a top bloke to boot. Check out his pages for his work, you won't regret it... I would give more stars, but google won't me, so A SOLID 5 STARS IT IS...Sorry Ralf, I can't take the same kind of picture as you did of my ring :). FYI, my ring has seen 15 years of hard labour (and it still looks as good as it did on my wedding day)
I was first introduced to Ralf by my sister-in-law who herself had been a dedicated customer for many years prior. I walked in knowing the look I wanted for my engagement and wedding ring but had no real knowledge about much else, that soon changed after sitting with the incredible and passionate Ralf. He patiently went through the ins and outs about diamonds with me, answering all my questions along the way. With his expertise and precision I ended up with the most stunning set and a beautiful hand crafted band for my husband. Five years later, He’s once again worked his magic and created a gorgeous infinity band that I was gifted for my anniversary. Thank you Ralf and team for being the best and sharing your gift of true craftsmanship with us!
